About the role

The Install Hotline Technician I will provide project and technical support to branch operation and install crews in real time. The Install Hotline Technician I will ensure that the Installation Support Hotline is providing efficient and effective solutions for Installation related issues that arise, throughout the install and commissioning process. The Install Hotline Technician I will ensure that the Hotline delivers timely, thorough, and decisive solutions to project stakeholders, when issues arise. The Install Hotline Technician I will ensure that they are approaching solutions with a holistic view and that the needs of all stakeholders on various projects, including Homeowners, Independent Dealer Partners, Installation Crews and Finance Partners, are met. The Install Hotline Technician I is responsible for solving individual projects’ specific issues. The Install Hotline Technician I will log all issues in order to generate data and feedback to the appropriate parties, so that they can be addressed in a timely manner and avoided in the future. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Demonstrate basic knowledge of solar construction including roofing, electrical

Understanding of Freedom’s SOP’s and requirements, including but not limited to

Freedom’s Installation Quality SOP and Construction Review SOP

Excel at problem solving issues and identifying solutions; create buildable

jobs for all branches

Analyze layouts and assess production using the Aurora Platform, ensuring that any requested changes to a project, are within Freedom and its partner’s Production Guarantee

Respond and manage all technical requests from external teams pertaining to planning and building to facilitate successful installations and a positive customer experience

Participate in Install Hotline voice/video calls and chat requests providing

real-time assistance to installation field staff and the Operations team

Submit Change Tickets and SOW Revisions when changes to a project are required

Perform other duties as assigned
