Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for integrating and analyzing clinical best practice and evidence across product lifecycles.
  • Utilizes deep knowledge of maternal fetal and newborn clinical practices and global care needs, integrates clinical acumen within product solutions, quality and safety assessments.
  • Delivers and coordinates internal and external education and training to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Acts as a key contributor and subject matter expert to clinical documents necessary for MDR and clinical documentation for quality and safety
  • Uses independent judgment to propose solutions beyond established parameters, particularly in complex clinical processes or interdependent user and patient use cases. Relies on clinical experience, critical thinking and analytical skills, consulting internal and limited external sources for decision-making.
  • Acts as a clinical subject matter expert and resource for colleagues with less experience, providing guidance and support.
  • May lead small projects with low risks and resource requirements, facilitating consensus among team members.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Clinical Care, Maternal and Newborn care areas
  • 10 years’ clinical domain practice in maternal/fetal and or newborn care.
  • 5 years of medical technology experience in areas preferably with clinical leadership quality, risk management and education responsibilities.

Desired Characteristics

  • Strong oral and written communication abilities.
  • Demonstrated capability in analyzing and resolving complex problems.
  • Established project management skills, including documentation, planning, or collaboration of clinical documentation requirements during product development cycles and dissemination of results
  • Maintains professional acumen and up to date care practice through attendance or membership of professional associations.
  • Industry experience in medical technology
