You Are:

The Business Operation Sr. Analyst will provide program-wide oversight of Infrastructure Change Advisory Board, procurement/budgets and staffing and ensure alignment with the overall AFS IT program management strategy and budget.  The Business Operations Sr. Analyst will provide administrative and management support regarding operations, financials, resources, and projects.

The Work:

• Manage staffing needs across 6+ operations teams; helping to support roll on and roll off activities.
• Work with Project Leads on project governance documentation.
• Maintain complex annual budgets and forecasting.
• Provide administrative support in senior management meetings, draft meeting minutes and summaries as required.
• Provide analytics support to measure performance and improve processes; produce reports outlining problems, conclusions, and trends.
• Maintain centralized SharePoint websites.

Here's What You Need:

• US Citizen on US soil (required)
• At least 1-2 years of experience in Program/Project Management support
• At least 2-3 years of experience working with and proficient in Microsoft Office Programs
• At least 1-2 years of experience in business operations
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail.

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Experience with data visualization tools (Qlik, Tableau and/or PowerBI)
• At least 1 year of experience working with Agile teams.

 

Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York, or Washington State as set forth below and information on benefits offered is here.

Role Location: Range of Starting Pay for role:

• California: $58,300 - $116,000
• Colorado: $58,300 - $100,200
• New York: $54,000 - $116,000
• Washington State: $62,000 - $106,600
