The mission has started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. In this, the tasks and requirements of Corporate Quality are varied. The unit is responsible for all quality related activities of PowerCo SE ranging from the development of the quality strategy and targets over safeguarding the certification readiness to the global supplier management.
How you will CELLebrate
- Establishment of the Supplier Quality Engineering Chemicals department
- Responsibility for building and leading a team
- Responsibility for the development of a supplier quality process in the field of chemistry / raw materials of PowerCo with the associated internal interfaces
- Responsibility for the creation and implementation of standard processes in the field of chemicals and raw materials
- Monitoring of measures and status reports
- Ensuring training and education of employees and the corresponding interface functions
What you need for our CELLebration
- Completed studies in the field of chemistry, chemical engineering, process engineering, industrial engineering, business administration, mechanical engineering, natural sciences, production engineering or comparable qualification
- Leadership Experience
- Experience in building a team
- Experience in the field of supplier quality
- Experience with KPI's to monitor the quality performance of suppliers
- Solid knowledge of quality management and the automotive sector (ISO9001, IATF16949)
- Experience in the field of electromobility and battery cells
- Above-average ability to work in a team
- Fluent in English
- Confident demeanor, assertiveness and initiative
- Willingness to travel

- Certified VDA6.3 auditor

- Several years of experience in the automotive industry
