WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

As a [Technical observability], you will [Responsible for configuring, managing and optimizing the organization's infrastructure and application monitoring systems with Dynatrace solutions to ensure the availability and performance of the systems by providing early alerts.

Its primary goal is to maximize the value of Dynatrace to provide complete visibility.]

We need someone like you to help us in different fronts:

• Dynatrace Implementation
• Monitoring Configuration
• Dynatrace Alert Management
• Creation of Dashboards and custom reports
• Optimization and continuous improvement
• Soporte
• Capacitación

NOTE: avoid to use extensive lists. Maximum of 8 tasks.

EXPERIENCE

• [Minimum 1 year of experience with Dynatrace
• Familiarity with advanced Dynatrace features
• Knowledge of operating systems
• Skills in scripting language and automation with Python
• Skills to interact with technical and functional teams, document configurations, procedures and generate clear reports.

EDUCATION

• [University degrees or higher education in technology]

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

• Minimum B2 in English
• Training and/or certification in Dynatrace
• Solid knowledge of infrastructure and cloud
