Shift Information:The position is full time; working M-F, five 8’s or four 10’s. Call required. Currently offering a $7,500 sign on bonus for qualifying full time LVNs. Maintains AORN and AST standards to ensure patient safety at all times. Assists the surgeon with gowning and gloving, draping of the sterile field and performing technical tasks. Required Education:Graduate of an accredited Licensed Vocational Nursing Program Preferred Education:CST and Graduate of an accredited Licensed Vocational Nursing ProgramRequired Skills:
Ability to read, write and follow instructions; strong organizational skills
Preferred Skills:
Meditech, faxing, scanning Required Licensure/Registration/Certification:
Basic Life Support Preferred Licensure/Registration/Certification:
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support Preferred Experience:
One or more years’ experience as a CST in a hospital Operating Room
Ability to read, write and follow instructions; strong organizational skills
Preferred Skills:
Meditech, faxing, scanning Required Licensure/Registration/Certification:
