Our team utilizes Global Business Services (GBS) to help clients centralize and streamline their support functions, while also focusing on Financial Operations (FinOps) to optimize financial processes, ensuring efficiency and accountability in managing their resources. Next to our focus on GBS and FinOps, our team supports clients around business planning, reporting, and analytics (BPR&amp;A). Together, we focus on aligning finance functions with business goals, ensuring our solutions support both functional excellence and strategic objectives.  </span><span> </span></p> <p><span> </span><span> </span></p> <p><strong><span>Responsibilities</span></strong><span> </span></p> <p><span>Commercial:</span><span> </span></p> <ul> <li><span>As a Director, your key role will be to work with the current leadership team to drive business growth by drawing on your knowledge, expertise, skills and entrepreneurial mindset.</span><span> </span></li> </ul> <ul> <li><span>You will be responsible for delivering a Go-To-Market for Global Business Services in line with the EY vision and mission.</span><span> </span></li> </ul> <ul> <li><span>You will grow our business through building valued relationships with external clients and position EY in the market through thought leadership and point of views. This in combination with the EY vision on Finance Transformation will allow you to provide innovative insights for clients, adapting our service offerings, solutions, and methods to fit the operational teams and cultural needs.</span><span> </span></li> </ul> <p><span> </span><span> </span></p> <p><span>Delivery:</span><span> </span></p> <ul> <li><span>You will be responsible for the delivery of complex, multi-stakeholder projects that improve our client’s business performance.
