Global Performance Excellence and Continuous Improvement Learning Partner
Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Learning Partner to join our team. This role will focus on partnering with PE Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to support training and establishing pathways in performance excellence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in learning and development, with a proven track record of implementing successful performance improvement strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with PE SMEs to identify performance gaps and develop targeted learning solutions.
- Design, develop, and deliver training programs that align with organizational goals and performance excellence standards.
- Utilize data-driven approaches to assess the effectiveness of training programs and make continuous improvements.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions in partnership with PE SME’s to promote a culture of continuous improvement.
- Provide strategic learning support regarding best practices for optimal learning solutions to drive CCD across ADM.
- Develop and implement metrics and KPIs to measure the impact of learning initiatives on performance.
- Monitor and report on the progress of performance excellence training projects.
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in learning and development.
- Training Effectiveness: Measure the impact of training programs through pre- and post-training assessments, participant feedback, and performance metrics.
- Performance Improvement: Track improvements in key performance indicators such as productivity, quality, and efficiency.
- Employee Engagement: Monitor engagement levels through surveys and participation rates in training programs.
- Cost Savings: Calculate cost savings resulting from continuous improvement initiatives.
- Time to Competency: Measure the time it takes for employees to reach competency after completing training programs.
- Project Completion Rates: Track the completion rates of continuous improvement projects and their outcomes.
- Return on Investment (ROI): Evaluate the ROI of learning and development initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Learning and Development, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, with a focus on performance excellence and continuous improvement.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and SMEs.
- Knowledge of performance excellence frameworks and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours.
