About the role

Join our innovative team as we begin the implementation of Oracle's Talent Management module. We are looking for a dynamic Oracle Workstream Lead to direct the implementation of this critical module, driving our talent management capabilities to align with the Mayo Clinic People Strategy.

As the Oracle Workstream Lead you will be responsible for leading the implementation of Oracle’s Talent Management module.  The lead will have a partner from the Mayo Clinic Practice to ensure stakeholder’s perspectives and needs are part of key decisions related to the functionality of goals, performance management, talent review, succession, and career development. Key responsibilities will be to ensure the product aligns to the Mayo Clinic People Strategy, meets business requirements, create a foundation for future capabilities, and the project is meeting milestones.

To be successful in the role, the Oracle Workstream Lead should be able to engage colleagues across the enterprise, optimize workflows and processes, support change efforts, navigate ambiguity, partner well with close colleagues, and lead a team of analysts throughout the design, build, test, and deploy phases.  Following implementation, the focus will shift to the technical and operational management of relevant Oracle module(s). This requires an understanding of the product, relevant business processes and integrations, problem solving and analytical skills, project management, change management, and strong communication skills.

This position is 100% remote; can work from anywhere in the U.S. Occasional travel to the Rochester Mayo Clinic campus is expected for on-site work during key milestone periods of the implementation.

Bachelor degree with 3 years of experience or an Associate degree with 7 years of experience.Ability to support decision making and conflict resolution. Business knowledge and an exceptional understanding of Mayo Clinic's specific institutional knowledge. Previous project or program management experience/skills are preferred. Ability to envision how to work differently and share ideas on how to transform business process and systems to meet the 2030 Bold. Forward goal.
