Senior Coordinator, ILS Operations (1st Shift) - Miami FL

Overview:

The Coordinator supports the Customer Service Supervisor/Manager and Logistics Analyst when applicable, to execute day-to-day activities for relevant LOB Operations and our customers. The person will liaise closely with the customer/vendor to ensure compliance with logistics requirements to achieve high operations and customer service excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Identify recurring internal process failures/redundancies/problems.
• Understanding of APLL system to interpret, input and resolve discrepant data.
• Customer and co-ordinate operational requirements occurring globally
• Ensure close coordination with carrier, co-loader, airfreight forwarders, contractors, warehouse, and internal operation teams for smooth operations.
• Establish and maintain logistics procedures
• Coordinate shipments with carriers, shippers, consignees, and global origin teams
• Ensure all costs and revenue are accrued and billed
• Report and review non-compliance with the Supervisor, Service Integrity or Global origin teams

Customer Service:

• Execute day-to-day operational activities according to requirements and KPI to obtain high customer satisfaction. 
• Review and resolve all customer's inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Provide excellent customer service support and coordination of cargo through the supply chain
• Customer or internal report analysis and reporting.

Experience:

• Experienced practitioner able to work unsupervised (preferred 12 months to 3 years)

Managerial Experience:

• Basic experience of coordinating the work of others (preferred 4 to 6 months)

The typical starting salary range for this position is:  $67,000 - $72,000.

The actual salary offer will take into account multiple factors including skills, experience, and location. Please note that the salary details listed in role postings reflect the base salary only, not total compensation, which includes bonus and benefits.
