Admin Assistant to Installs

We are currently seeking a full-time Admin Assistant to Installs for our West Jordan, UT Location. 

The Admin Assistant to Installs is a key member of our Implementation team, coordinating with Field Engineers, subcontractors, and other team members to ensure a successful implementation. This is an in-office position. 

Duties Include

• Review orders for accuracy and create service estimates. 
• Work directly with subcontractors, including negotiating subcontractor contracts, creating contract documents, reviewing subcontractor self-audits, maintaining records, and approving subcontractor invoices for payment. 
• Manage travel and expenses for Field Engineers
• Compile Project documentation.
• Maintain resource calendars and schedule onsite work.
• Facilitate communication between subcontractors, Field Engineers, and the Implementation department.
• Facilitate weekly update meetings with Project Managers, Field Engineers, and internal Installers. 

Requirements

• Strong computer skills, SAP By Design experience preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Previous coordination experience preferred (1-2 years)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to manage multiple priorities at once.
• Strong desire to learn.
• Authorized to work in the US.
