Job Description
- Sets affluent and segment strategy, themes, and goals, and translates them into yearly consumer journeys and initiatives to execute against.
- Support establishing the vision for Visa's brand and differentiators in the affluent segment, translates the vision into business cases and customer value proposition by the segment and tiers of product offerings.
- Coordinates across the teams providing elements of the customer value proposition, such as loyalty, benefits, marketing, and product solutions, to ensure cohesion and integration.
- Helps build yearly OKRs and metrics to deliver on affluent program goals, and monitors and reports on the performance and impact of the affluent initiatives.
- Supports regional and global product teams responsible for executing elements of the affluent strategy and provides guidance and best practices on go-to-market, commercialization, pricing, and marketing.
- Evaluates and identifies potential organic and inorganic opportunities to enhance the affluent value proposition, such as partnerships, acquisitions, or new product development.
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
12 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 10 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters/MBA /JD/MD), or a minimum of 5 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred Qualifications
15 or more years of experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or 12 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, or MD), PhD with 9+ years of experience MBA or advanced degree in business, marketing, or related field.
•Demonstrated track record of leading and delivering complex, cross-functional, and high-impact projects and initiatives.
•Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to synthesize data and insights into actionable recommendations.
•Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence and persuade senior executives and stakeholders.
•Highly collaborative, team-oriented, and customer-centric mindset, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships across functions and regions.
•Experience in the affluent segment, consumer marketing, or loyalty programs.
•Knowledge of Visa's products, services, and capabilities, as well as the payments industry and trends.
•Creative, innovative, and entrepreneurial spirit, with the willingness to take risks and experiment with new ideas and approaches.
•Passionate, driven, and results-oriented, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Additional Information
Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.
Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.
Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.
