Data/BI Specialist

Please note that we are NOT currently offering sponsorship for this position and all applicants must be currently based in the Chicago-land area or willing to relocate. This position is “in-office” for at least 90 days and then hybrid schedules are available based on performance milestones.

Job Description

• Create analysis and visualizations based on use of the ALIS application and client requirements 

• Maintain inventory of BI reports and configurations

• Troubleshoot current BI reports and dashboards for internal and external clients 

• Collaborate with internal and external clients to support BI needs of assisted living industry

• Collaborate with internal teams including engineering and IT to create, maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize BI reports and tools. 

• Other areas of data-driven reporting, analysis and investigations as they are required

Qualifications

• Experience with data discovery, visualization, and dashboards
• Bonus: Experience managing multiple data sources for a BI tool
• Bonus: High data and analytical literacy and proven ability to connect different data types to generate impactful insight
• 1-3 years of relevant experience 
• Ability to think analytically about problems and also tactically execute to implement solutions
• Experience with DOMO or Tableau or similar tool 
• Experience with or interest in senior living
