Contracts Manager - Ireland/European/UK Projects

<p><strong>Contracts Manager</strong></p><p><strong>Location:</strong> Ireland, UK &amp; Europe</p><p></p><p>Crown is Ireland’s leading specialist roofing, cladding and façade contractor, delivering projects across commercial, residential, pharmaceutical, healthcare, retail, and digital infrastructure sectors throughout Ireland and Europe.</p><p></p><p>We are seeking an experienced <strong>Contracts Manager</strong> to oversee the commercial and contractual aspects of multiple projects, managing your team of Project Managers and Site Managers to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards. A key part of this role is also planning and managing company resources, including labour, site managers, project managers, quantity surveyors, and plant.</p><p></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Act as the main point of contact for clients and main contractors.</li><li>Oversee tender handovers and commercial assessments, identifying risks and value engineering opportunities.</li><li>Manage the site supervision team to ensure Health &amp; Safety, quality, programme, and cost controls are implemented.</li><li>Prepare and review contract documentation, method statements, risk assessments, and QA plans.</li><li>Monitor project budgets, variations, and interim valuations; liaise with QS and accounts teams.</li><li>Conduct weekly contract meetings, issue reports, and maintain accurate site records.</li><li>Support installation subcontractors in material delivery and project progress.</li><li>Ensure projects are completed according to specifications and working drawings.</li><li>Plan and allocate company resources across projects to maximise efficiency and continuity of work.</li><li>Liaise with Estimating, Planning, Purchasing, and Safety teams as required.</li></ul>
