QA Tester Junior - REMOTE

Definitive Logic is seeking a Jr. Quality Assurance Tester to join our team. 

Responsibilities

• Design and develop moderately complex test programs, processes, and systems to measure the functionality and integrity of products and services
• May design and build moderately complex test processes
• Write moderately complex test procedures and protocols to assess product reliability and evaluates the ability of products to meet performance standards and specifications
• Gather test data and evaluates the results of tests to determine if product designs and architecture meets customer specifications and performance expectations
• Develop moderately complex test simulations to evaluate how products react under different conditions and analyzes product failure to assess the integrity and reliability of product performance
• Debugs moderately complex test hardware and software
• Analyzes test cases and scenarios and reports results
• Collaborates with other engineering groups to improve or upgrade product performance

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience  
• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Engineering, Mathematics, or Business 
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust

Desired Qualifications

• Experience performing on Federal government consulting projects
• Experience in Federal Business System planning (financial management programs preferred)
• COTS Business Systems experience
• OneStream platform knowledge
• Experience working with Jira and test management plug-ins (e.g. Xray, Zephyr)
• Ability to work in a dynamic, results-driven environment
• Ability to work effectively with diverse individuals across functional disciplines
