Responsibilities
- Design and develop moderately complex test programs, processes, and systems to measure the functionality and integrity of products and services
- May design and build moderately complex test processes
- Write moderately complex test procedures and protocols to assess product reliability and evaluates the ability of products to meet performance standards and specifications
- Gather test data and evaluates the results of tests to determine if product designs and architecture meets customer specifications and performance expectations
- Develop moderately complex test simulations to evaluate how products react under different conditions and analyzes product failure to assess the integrity and reliability of product performance
- Debugs moderately complex test hardware and software
- Analyzes test cases and scenarios and reports results
- Collaborates with other engineering groups to improve or upgrade product performance
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of relevant experience
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Engineering, Mathematics, or Business
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust
Desired Qualifications
- Experience performing on Federal government consulting projects
- Experience in Federal Business System planning (financial management programs preferred)
- COTS Business Systems experience
- OneStream platform knowledge
- Experience working with Jira and test management plug-ins (e.g. Xray, Zephyr)
- Ability to work in a dynamic, results-driven environment
- Ability to work effectively with diverse individuals across functional disciplines
