As of December 31, 2025, SIRA had responsibility for approximately US$132 billion in capital, deploying an average of over US$13 billion annually across primaries, secondaries, and co-investments. The global team comprises more than 75 investment professionals, offering deep expertise across infrastructure and real assets sub-sectors, including energy, transport, natural capital, agriculture, and other essential assets, with a presence across North America, Europe, and Australia.</p> <p><strong>About the role</strong></p> <p>StepStone seeks motivated undergraduates graduating between December 2027 and June 2028 to join our SIRA team as Summer Analysts. This role offers a valuable opportunity to gain insights into the private equity industry. As a Summer Analyst, you will learn about various sectors such as transportation, telecommunications, utilities, power, energy, logistics, renewables, social projects, sustainability, and impact investing. Additionally, you will be exposed to diverse companies, assets, and capital structures, providing you with a comprehensive understanding of infrastructure investments.</p> <p><strong>What you’ll do</strong></p> <p>As a Summer Analyst, you’ll work collaboratively to conduct due diligence on opportunities within SIRA's investment verticals, including infrastructure fund investments, co-investments, and secondaries.
