Business Analyst, Sr.

We are searching for Business Analyst, Sr. on behalf of our client.  This is a 10-month contract assignment.  The person will be supporting Corporate Business Unit Applications- Strong functional/process analysis focus, technical background and skills preferred (SQL, Java, C#, server maintenance, etc)

 

Location: Juno Beach, FL  33408

 

The person will be conducting complex operational analyses and leads medium to large project teams that support informed decision making within the business unit.

 

Key responsibilities

• Reviewing and approving findings to be presented to senior management, conducting statistical analyses, and coordinating with other business units regarding initiatives.
• Responsible for directing, mentoring and coaching the lower-level analysts.
• Conducting business process analysis, assessments, and preliminary cost/benefit analysis to align technical solutions
• Conducting data and gap analysis
• Improving processes and policies in support of the organization by developing standards across all team functions
• Performing in a liaison role between leadership and across the organization

 

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred plus 8 or more years related experience.
• Scrum master/RTE for Accounting Workstream
