Main Bank Supervisor

Example of Duties (includes but is not limited to the following):          

1. Understand and adhere to Grand Victoria Casino and Cage & Credit Operations standards, policies, and procedures.
2. Obtain a strong understanding of the Internal Control Systems (ICS) and Minimum Internal Control Standards (MICS).
3. Ability to comply with and practice the Grand Victoria Casino’s Family Style Service Standards.
4. Acquire and maintain strong knowledge of the Federal Cash Reporting Requirements required under Title 31.
5. Supervise and train all cage cashiers on their shift.
6. Assist in counseling employees and implementing necessary corrective measures as they pertain to ICS violations.
7. Verify various types of transactions.
8. Verify cashiers’ banks.
9. Prepare accountability to determine daily revenue.
10. May prepare daily bank deposits on revenue.
11. Approve guest credit within prescribed limits.
12. Assist in preparing the schedule of Cage Cashiers.
13. Perform all tasks that may be assigned in the future.

Qualifications:    High school diploma / GED preferred.  In addition, one year of prior casino cage experience.

 

Certificate/License:  Level 2 Occupational License with the Illinois Gaming Board.
