Senior Designer

Your mission

• Create digital products and services from initial concept to final delivery
• Contribute to projects with a strong foundation in visual design quality
• Advanced understanding of UI/UX patterns and principles – and the ability to apply them in your daily work
• Experience in creating design systems ranging from lean to complex solutions, ideally using Figma and its respective features such as Autolayout, Component/Variants and Variables/Tokens
• Experience in creating interactive prototypes from low res wireframe click-thru dummies to visually striking microinteractions
• A basic understanding of user research, user testing and user centric design approaches
• Support the strategic parts of our projects together with our design strategists
• Prepare remote and on-side workshops with a willingness to facilitate them together with our Design Directors
• While branding is not a must, experience in the branding process is a plus  

Your profile

• Expert knowledge of industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Adobe, etc. 
• Basic prototyping - using simple prototyping tools such as Figma, InVision, Axure, etc. 
• Advanced knowledge of digital design and UX - site architecture, functionality, interaction patterns, etc.
• Able to conduct basic market and user research, consolidate findings, develop outcomes and develop 
• insights to present to internal staff or clients
• Demonstrate a great eye for visual design 
• Lead creative brainstorm sessions to develop design concepts 
• Create original concepts for design systems and visual languages that push the industry standard 
• Mentor and inspire our junior designers and help them realize their potential  
• Breakdown complex projects / assignments in concrete work packages and assign them to the appropriate team members
• Excellent presentation skills both internally and in front of a client
