Location
NHQPurpose
- Oversee and manage the Incentive operations function at HMA, including the execution of dealer incentive programs rules, announcements, Dealer coupon claiming and daily operations of the incentive department.
Major Responsibilities
- Develop dealer communications of planned incentive offers and rule sets.
- Input, verification of payment of dealer incentives.
- Manage BPEL routing for Weekly Dealer Incentive Payments
- Manage all dealer rules for payment of Incentives. Work with HAEA to develop new programs. Test new programs to ensure that payments are calculated correctly.
- Perform low level audits to assure that Program Rules are being followed. Notify management of noted exceptions.
- Manage a staff, effectively coach, counsel, and develop staff.
- Support ad hoc requests from HMC and various departments.
- Work with other HMA divisions to ensure the timely and accurate communication of incentives information (Finance, Marketing, Sales, HMF).
- Manage staff, effectively coach, counsel, and develop staff. Utilize the diverse talents of the staff by efficiently managing staff's time, materials and budget while focusing on the goals and vision of the company.

Authority
- Management of assigned full time employee(s) including timecard approval and time-off requests.
- Manage all aspects of program communications and messaging to internal and external parties (HMA, HMMA employees, HCA employees, and Hyundai Dealers).
- Push websites live, assure content matches current programs.
- Override and approve incentives adjustments.
- Prepare and approve weekly incentive Dealer payments.
- This role requires the performance of work directly related to management and/or general business operations.
- The exercise of discretion and independent judgment with respect to matters of significance is required.
Education
~ Must be a high school graduate~ Bachelor’s degree preferredRelated Experience
- Six or more years of experience in the automotive industry is required.
- Two or more years of supervisory experience desired.
Skills/Knowledge
- Experienced in managing teams to work well under pressure and complete.
- Good understanding of dealer and consumer incentive programs.
- Strong written and verbal communications.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
