Job Description and Responsibilities
We are seeking a Campaign Strategist for Visa Value Added Services Financial Services Commercial Marketing, who combines analytical rigor with creative marketing execution. This individual will leverage pipeline data, product penetration metrics, market sizing data, and market insights to design and optimize campaigns that drive measurable business outcomes.
The role requires a strategic thinker with a strong grasp of B2B marketing, demand generation, and customer segmentation, coupled with the ability to translate data into actionable campaign strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand and leverage product penetration metrics, sales and pipeline data, and other market insights to provide actionable insight in B2B Marketing campaign development
- Partner with Campaign Managers, Field Marketers and Product Managers to develop and execute data-driven campaign strategies across digital, paid, and owned channels.
- Enable use of data drive effectiveness campaigns across pipeline acceleration, new product adoption, and cross-sell/upsell opportunities.
- Partner with product marketing, regional field marketing, sales, and analytics teams to ensure campaigns target the right audiences with the right messaging.
- Analyze pipeline performance, product penetration rates, and customer behavior to inform campaign design.
- Monitor campaign KPIs such as engagement, conversion, influenced pipeline, ROI, and product adoption metrics.
- Campaign Execution & Optimization – Manage operation of campaigns including budget, timelines, and deliverables
- Partner in end-to-end execution of campaigns including audience segmentation, messaging frameworks, channel mix, and creative direction.
- Continuously refine strategies based on performance data, feedback loops, and market conditions.
- Work closely with sales, product, and marketing operations to ensure campaign alignment with go-to-market initiatives.
- Translate complex data into compelling narratives for stakeholders.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
- 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred Qualifications
- 6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD
- Bachelor’s degree required, or advanced degree will be valuable, specially in data related fields
- Focused experience - 3 years+ experience in B2B Marketing
- Experience in marketing strategy execution, go-to-market planning, and demand generation
- Proven ability to engage, influence, and partner with cross-functional teams.
- Highly collaborative, energetic, and solutions-oriented, adds value to team and organizational culture.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, data-driven with a focus on measurable business outcomes.
- Culturally aware, with experience working across global and regional teams.

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.
