The Role You will lead the design process from pre-construction through to delivery, gaining exposure to high-value, technically complex projects, and working within close-knit, experienced teams. Key Responsibilities: * Lead the coordination of the design process across live projects * Manage design programmes, deliverables, and consultant performance * Identify and mitigate design risks, ensuring buildability and compliance * Act as a key interface between project teams, consultants, and stakeholders The Candidate This role is ideal for someone looking to push their career forward within a Tier 1 environment.
