About Houston

 

ExxonMobil's state-of-the-art campus north of Houston serves as home to its Upstream, Product Solutions and Low Carbon Solutions businesses and their associated service groups. The facility opened in 2014 and accommodates more than 10,000 employees and visitors.

What role you will play in our team

 

Oversees the continuous enhancement of critical global S&OP and S&OE processes, with a focus on driving implementation of LEAN inventory management principles across the Supply Chain organization. This role acts as an S&OP subject matter expert, offering strategic guidance, training, and tool support to ensure uniform application of industry best practices across various chemicals business lines, while developing S&OP competency. As the LEAN advisor, the position will lead workshops, define focus areas and coach practitioners to implement and sustain lean strategies. The advisor spearheads cross-functional initiatives to bolster supply chain efficiency, supports significant growth projects, and ensures the effective execution of S&OP processes. Additionally, this role serves as a key liaison between supply chain functions, IT, and business stakeholders to align tools and processes with overarching enterprise goals.

What you will do

 

LEAN Advisor/Coach:

 

  • Actively drive implementation of Lean, including coaching lean practitioners and leadership, facilitating lean workshops, driving execution across organization
  • Manage, track and steward value capture of LEAN initiatives

 

S&OP/S&OE Process Advisor:

 

  • Serve as Subject Matter Expert, support and enhance S&OP / S&OE end-to-end processes and tools, driving best practice implementation and sustainment
  • Define, prioritize and lead system/tool enhancements
  • Deliver training and continuous improvement support for S&OP processes and tools to develop and sustain S&OP competency across a global user base
  • Monitor process health and key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive effectiveness and continuous improvement on processes and performance
  • Work with IT and Digital teams to design & deploy Advanced Planning Systems

About You

 

Skills and Qualifications:

 

  • 15+ years relevant work experience in supply chain Oil & Gas Industry and/or Petro-Chemicals Industry
  • Strong understanding of Sales and Operations Planning/Execution (S&OP/S
