About the role

With whom you will CELLebrate

The mission has started. We are starting our own battery cell production in our Battery Valley and ramping up our global headquarters for global cell production. This includes ESS (Energy Storage System) and non-automotive applications. The ESS organisation takes care of the upstream storage value chain. Our responsibilities include research, pre-development of materials and components, series development, prototyping, testing and analyses of ESS components & storage systems.

How you will CELLebrate

Become part of the PowerCo Energy Storage Solutions team and CELLebrate in a highly motivated team and with a strong vision to drive innovative energy storage solutions:

Developing and refining the strategic positioning of the ESS business unit in line with PowerCo ESS visison and supported by market, competitor and capability assessment
Defining, reviewing and adjusting road-map and strategic initiatives to achieve strategic goals and targets
Ensuring up to date market intelligence to keep track of external dynamics, adapt existing business models and product portfolio, and identify new business opportunities
Analyzing and anticipating market developments and trends including price forecasts and regulatory regimes to formulate strategic priorities

What you need for our CELLebration

Successfully completed studies or comparable training
(Several years) of experience in the field of strategy development and market analysis in the energy storage market
Strong analytical skills coupled with strategic foresight, scenario development and complexity management skills
High degree of initiative, willingness to take responsibility and focus on results
Strong ability to work in a team and good, intercultural understanding
Fluency in English
