Discover the life that awaits you at Accor, visit https://careers.accor.com/ </p><p>Do what you love, care for the world, dare to challenge the status quo! </p><p>Our e-Commerce and Digital Marketing is currently looking for a new Director Digital Product M/F/D, to be based in one of our main offices in Europe.  <br/>  <br/> What will you do? </p><ul><li><p>You will take the lead on digital projects for ENA Premium, Midscale &amp; Economy, from inception to delivery </p></li></ul><ul><li><p>You will bring qualified traffic, acquire new customers, and drive incremental revenue through new partnerships, platforms, and products </p></li><li><p>You will as well optimize and improve customer experience on our platforms to increase e-commerce conversion </p></li><li><p>You will translate business requirements into functional specifications to streamline IT/Business exchanges, improve project quality and reduce deadlines. </p></li></ul><p>Who are you? </p><p>You have been managing Digital Projects and Products in a matrix environment for at least 5 years and developed excellent commercial acumen.
