About the job

This role requires a strategic leader with a strong track record of leading PS teams with profitable growth and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience  in building and managing multi-million dollar P&Ls, leading global teams, and driving transformative growth. This role will focus on elevating our services to a predictable, repeatable, and high-value delivery model at scale.

 

Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage the professional services team & leaders, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies and procedures to increase the PS revenue with improved pipeline/forecasts.
  • Drive transformative growth in fast-paced environments by leading change in business strategy, service offerings, and operating models 
  • Nurture Cross-functional relationships with key stakeholders across Sales, Product, Marketing, Operations etc to create a seamless end-to-end experience for the customer.
  • Create a high-performance delivery model with using data driven approach with  transparency & accountability. This also includes periodic operations reviews. 
  • Improve operating margins and consistently lead successful outcomes that accelerate revenue growth and customer time-to-value.
  • Build a high-performing team by recruiting, training, and retaining top talent.
  • Ensure the professional services team is equipped with the necessary tools, resources, and training to deliver exceptional service.

Required:

  • Education and Experience:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 7 years of experience in professional services role, with at least 4 years in a leadership position managing professional services teams within a technology company.
  • Skills and Competencies:
    • Experience driving multi-million dollar P&Ls and building global teams.
    • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
    • Technical proficiency in APIs and related technologies.
    • Expertise in building scalable and profitable consulting and delivery services for software product companies.
    • Deep understanding and execution of CPaaS business value drivers.
    • Proven track record in strategic planning and operations optimization with a strong emphasis on execution and results.
    • Experience in business development and services expansion.
    • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
    • Passionate about customer satisfaction and cross-functional collaboration to provide a seamless end-to-end experience for the customer.

 

Location

This role will be remote,  located in the U.S.A. 

 

Travel 

We prioritize connection and opportunities to build relationships with our customers and each other. For this role, approximately 7% travel is anticipated to help you connect in-person in a meaningful way.
