You Are:
The Data Migration Lead Senior Manager will lead planning/execution of the data migration for multiple systems into a single cloud based managed service solution.
The Work:
- Will be accountable for planning/managing the execution & delivery of the data conversion workstream
- Will lead analysis, development & implementation of data migration strategy and solution to support migration of data from existing client systems
- Additionally, the team will be responsible for gathering requirement specifications, data dictionaries, non-functional requirement specifications, as well as the development of data mapping, data migration solutions, technical designs, performance engineering & prod implementation plan
- Key deliverable for this team will be the overall data migration plan covering the above areas
Here Is What You Need:
- Bachelors Degree or 7 years of equivalent industry experience
- Experience planning & managing the delivery of large-scale data migration efforts and experience managing business/technology discussions with senior clients
- Experience with one or more of the following: Jira, Data Architecture, Data migration from Mainframe systems, Python, AWS Glue, and /or AWS database
- Experience with cloud technologies
- Experience writing and reviewing SQL scripts
- Experience with one or more of the following: analyzing, designing, and/or implementing a data conversion solution inclusive of data mining and cleansing
- Experience managing and leading teams

- Advanced Degree
- 10+ years of industry experience
- Program/Project management experience in managing project plan, financials, deliverables, and/or data conversion team
- Experience with AWS cloud technologies
- Motivated and proactive, with a desire to understand and address complex areas
- Committed to building and maintaining a consistent compliance program
- Curiosity for learning about new technology, industry best practices, and areas of risk, analyzing and turning new insights into concrete action
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York, or Washington State as set forth below and information on benefits offered is here.
Role Location: Range of Starting Pay for role:
California: $141,800 - $269,100
Colorado: $141,800 - $232,600
New York: $131,300 269,100
Washington State: $151,100 - $247,500
