Raytheon is looking to fill our Material Requirement Planning (MRP) Controller position located in Forest, MS. The MRP Controller professional understands and applies material management principles that enable them to develop solutions to a variety of problems.
What You Will Do
- Manage factory supply and demand in support of achieving MRP schedules that support customer requirements.
- Work with stakeholders & peers to develop, deploy and execute shop order release and closure plans
- Manage shop floor schedule execution, inventory accuracy, and WIP levels
- Understand MRP policies, practices and procedures, influencing decision-makers with recommended courses of action
- Analyze and communicate constraints to MRP requirements, identifying barriers and solutions to enable the factory to meet takt rate and taking appropriate action to ensure program goals are achieved.
- Coordinate activities and communicate within an IPT environment
- Transport materials between locations via pushcart.
- This position is an onsite role.
Qualifications You Must Have
- Typically requires a Bachelor’s and minimum of 2 years prior relevant experience, or an Advance in a related field.
- Experience with Material Requirement Planning (MRP) and/or SAP programs.
- The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
Qualifications We Prefer
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Inventory Management, Industrial Management, Engineering, Finance or related field.
- Experience in Production and Planning Control fundamentals including MRP, Inventory Management, Capacity Planning, Scheduling, and Lean Manufacturing
- Experience with Microsoft office 365.
