Requirements

We are in search of a Maintenance Supervisorto become a part of our Affordable (Tax-credit and Project Based Section 8) housing property, Aspen River Park (261 units) in Newark, NJ and we want YOU to be our leader!

To thrive in this role:

• Maintenance Supervisor or Assistant Manager of 150+ units
• Heavy apartment maintenance knowledge
• Heavy organizational skills
• Team-building skills
• Heavy understanding of the process of unit turnovers
• REAC preparation knowledge
• Yardi experience
