Maintenance Technician

Description

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have light experience in painting, plumbing, and electrical work. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring that our facilities are in good working order and that any issues are addressed in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities:

- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, and electrical work

- Troubleshoot and repair equipment and systems as needed

- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and address them before they become major problems

- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed

- Ensure that all work is performed safely and in compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Light experience in painting, plumbing, and electrical work

- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects
