Take the lead in shaping our brand's influencer and affiliate marketing as our first Manager Influencers & Affiliates!
DGB is a purpose-driven for-profit organization focused on bringing excellence to the development and operation of carbon projects. As a project developer of high-quality, large-scale carbon and biodiversity projects accredited by leading verification standards, we focus on nature conservation and helping biodiversity flourish by assisting governments and corporations in achieving net zero via verified emission reduction credits.
We're looking to expand our reach and we need a savvy, relationship-oriented, and strategic Manager Influencers & Affiliates to lead the way.
In this role, you'll have the opportunity to build and manage our network of influencers and affiliates from the ground up. You'll identify, recruit, and onboard influencers and affiliates who align with our brand values and engage our target audience. Your work will involve collaborating with our marketing team to develop content and promotional strategies, and analyzing performance to ensure our influencer and affiliate efforts are driving results.

Responsibilities
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new influencers and affiliates who align with the brand's values and target audience.
- Develop and implement an influencer and affiliate marketing strategy to increase brand visibility and sales.
- Maintain ongoing communication with influencers and affiliates, providing them with the necessary resources and support.
- Negotiate and manage contracts with influencers and affiliates.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content and promotional strategies for influencers and affiliates.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of influencers and affiliates, adjusting strategies as necessary to maximize ROI.
- Facilitate the creation of promotional content by influencers, ensuring alignment with the brand's messaging and guidelines.
- Manage affiliate and influencer payment processes.
- Continuously research industry trends and emerging influencers or affiliates.
- Organize and oversee influencer and affiliate events and collaborations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in influencer or affiliate marketing
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
- Strong analytical skills to assess campaign performance
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Passion for conservation and environmental sustainability
