Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:00 A.M. – 5:00 P.M. (On-call rotation as needed)

Job Summary:

In this role, you will oversee Residential Care Facility (RCF) programming, Homeless Services, and eight Brightli-owned housing locations. You’ll supervise management staff, provide clinical oversight, and ensure quality care and compliance across programs. Key Responsibilities:

General Oversight:

• Supervise management staff across all Adult Housing programs and locations

• Provide clinical oversight and input on client treatment plans

• Conduct staffing meetings, crisis interventions, and clinical consultations

• Review documentation for compliance and timeliness

• Hire and manage staff; conduct regular supervisory sessions and team meetings

• Participate in direct crisis intervention during business hours and on-call rotation

RCF & Homeless Services:

• Screen individuals for RCF placement and submit admission packets

• Serve as internal and external referral resource for RCF placements

• Consult with RCF administrators and staff on clinical/behavioral issues

• Liaise with Co-Occurring Court and participate in PATH/Homeless services meetings

START & Gardine/Wilkinson Programs:

• Coordinate treatment programs and functional assessments

• Oversee facility maintenance and policy compliance (DMH, MHDC, CARF)

• Screen and admit clients; manage service contracts

• Provide and track IRTS/ICPR training for residential staff

Clifton, Catalpa, South Creek, STEPS/Park, Edenton Ridge:

• Ensure appropriate staffing and training

• Conduct screenings and manage census

• Lead monthly staff meetings and oversee clinical services

• Develop and manage program interventions

Central Region Responsibilities:

• Supervise Property Manager and SCL Accounts Specialist

• Maintain MHDC/LIHTC training and oversee SCL fund utilization

Education and/or Experience Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Sociology, Social Work, or related field

• Valid Missouri Chauffeur's Driver’s License

• Preferred: Licensed Professional Counselor or Licensed Social Worker in Missouri

Additional Qualifications:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to lead and manage diverse teams

• Proficient in documentation and compliance standards

• Capable of crisis intervention and clinical consultation

• Comfortable presenting in public forums and community settings
