This is a non-union positionEnbridge is actively seeking an Supervisor Pipeline Integrity Monitoring. This dynamic person will manage a team of Pipeline Integrity personnel (Project Managers, Engineers and Analysts) to develop and execute the Pipeline Integrity monitoring programs. Ensure strong project management practices are implemented to manage all aspects of cost, schedule, and execution and data quality to support achieving Pipeline Integrity safety and business targets.

What You Will Do:
Supervise the implementation, continuous improvement, and oversight of the Integrity Program in line inspection (ILI) processes and other pipeline monitoring programs.
Provide direction, support and guidance to the monitoring group, which consists of a group of highly skilled pipeline professionals that focus on ensuring successful ILI and monitoring projects.
Represent the interests of the company on all technical issues related to ILI and pipeline monitoring.
Serve in a leadership capacity on industry committees, representing and protecting company interests.
Serve as a leader, mentor and advisor to employees.
Develop employee job profiles; interview, evaluate and hire candidates for newly approved positions.
Develop goals and objectives for the group; support successful achievement of group, Integrity Program and GTM goals and objectives.
Develop employee job performance objectives; evaluate employee job performance.
Provide leadership and direction for the function; formulate strategies and solutions for complying with internal and external integrity management requirements.
Serve as a liaison between the group and internal and external stakeholders on issues regarding the GTM ILI.
Serve as a resource on issues related to ILI, e.g., due diligence projects, risk analysis, integrity assessments, performance measures, quality control, communications
Provide leadership and direction in regard to the QA process that ensures controls are in place for a consistent and effective implementation.
Provide input to and ensure compliance with Integrity Program, GTM and Enbridge procedures and policies.
Maintain effective communications with Operations and Commercial leaders to ensure their needs are being addressed.
Educate Operational leaders in ILI and maintenance pigging processes.
Required:
Minimum of five years of pipeline integrity experience with oil and gas pipelines.
Demonstrated leadership experience on industry committees, representing and protecting the interests of oil and gas pipeline companies.
Demonstrated leadership experience and team-building skills.
Experience in developing functional objectives.
Expertise with internal inspection technologies.
Working knowledge in 49 CFR Part 192.
Excellent computer and analytical problem-solving abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication and management skills
Preferred:
Heavy industrial or utility experience
Experience in administrative process development and an understanding of hierarchy of controls
People-leading experience in a technical area
Working knowledge in 49 CFR Part 195
Working Conditions:
Office environment with occasional travel required throughout the U.S. and Canada for
Operations/stakeholder meetings, site visits, conferences and/or trainingCompany paid international relocation is not offered
