Your new responsibilities

• Responsibility for efficient communication with all relevant stakeholders and within the team for product ramp related topics
• Direct customer interface (internal or external) for product ramp related topics
• Responsibility to ensure volume increase, quality standards and maintain target costs as well as definition and monitoring of clearly defined handover targets between operations and R&D
• Keeping track of the product ramp risk assessment and following up on problems to surface out manufacturability issues early
• Coordination of early sample builds and delivery together with R&D as well as helping to set up a strategy to allow customer sample delivery prior to pre-series if necessary
• Ensuring operational end-to-end strategy in terms of supply chain management, quality, and yield

What we look for

• Successfully completed university degree with a technical focus
• Relevant management experience as well as project management and technical experience
• Proven track record in the management and implementation of complex projects
• Professional knowledge and several years of experience in the lighting industry and/or semiconductor industry
• Professional experience in functions such as plant engineering, research and development, quality management, marketing, production, supply chain management is an advantage
• Highly motivated team player with excellent social skills
• Very good knowledge of English, basic knowledge of German
