Program Manager of Product Change Management Process

onsemi is seeking a self-driven and motivated professional to join the corporate quality team. You will have an oversight of all Product Change Notifications (PCN) at onsemi communicated to customers, collaborate with Operations, Corporate Program Management, and the different Business Units to optimize the customer communication and approval process of major product changes.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to:

• Manage the customer communication of all major product changes in the company.
• Manage the cross-functional review board reviewing the company-wide PCN’s, and prioritizing these PCN’s. 
• Collaborate closely with BU’s, Manufacturing to maintain and improve current customer communication of major product changes.
• Ensure that the Product Change Management process is compliant with J-STD-46, J-STD-48, and ZVEI standards and exceeds customer’s expectations.
• A 10% travel to ON Semiconductor locations may be expected.

Successful candidates for this position should have:

• Excel in managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with different organizations.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of the quality systems to manage manufacturing product/process changes. 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proactive team player enthusiastic with high work ethics.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio, Power Point, SharePoint)
