This FP&A role for Verification Services will be responsible for supporting key initiatives within Equifax Workforce Solutions, working closely with Finance Leadership and Senior Leadership to assist the leaders in the decision making process, providing insightful and action-oriented financial analysis, as well as applying best practices and new perspectives to solve complex problems. This role will consult on strategic initiatives, implement and execute driver-based forecasting, and will collaborate across business units to support sales and product initiatives to reach short and long-term goals.
What you'll do:
Formal communication of results to business partners and Senior Executives with thought leadership around reaching short and long-term strategic financial objectives
Partner with respective departments and thought leaders to develop robust driver-based revenue models to support budgeting and forecasting activities
Execute with Corporate Accounting and local finance team on the closing process
Prepare and coordinate executive presentations summarizing complex problems
In-depth analyses and reporting of micro and macro-economic trends to derive a greater understanding of the drivers of historical business performance
Work collaboratively across business units and with corporate functions to support key strategic initiatives, planning activities, and investor relations
Collaborate with the business and Business Intelligence team to develop, implement, and launch tools and dashboards to identify opportunities, risks, trends, and strategic insights
Adhoc requests to support business, as needed
What experience you need:
Bachelor’s degree required, in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Mathematics preferred. MBA preferred.
4+ years of relevant finance work experience (revenue)

Proficient with MS office Suite, with expertise in Excel and Power Point
Experience with Oracle and Hyperion (HFM and Planning) strongly preferred
Knowledge of Tableau, or similar BI programs, a plus
