Material Expeditor I

Materials Expeditor is to support maintenance repair and overall activities in the production plants through suppling, kitting, and delivering parts, materials, and services.

Responsibilities:
•    Perform quality work with or with from BASF and Zachry Leadership
•    Perform work within deadlines 
•    Always maintain a professional conduct with Zachry and BASF Clients
•    Adhere to all BASF and Zachry safety, policies, and producers at all times

Duties:
All Zachry Stores and G3 personnel shall assist with the general operations of the following task:
•    Receive, inspect, and store all warehouse stock
•    Pick material from pallets and prepare reservations for pick-up/delivery
•    Fill project material reservations as requested 
•    Issue material per warehouse processes 
•    Assist in weekly material reconciliation and monthly material audits
•    Efficiently maintain good physical conditions of warehouse and warehouse equipment in a safe, effective manner through regularly scheduled housekeeping practices
•    Ensure that all paperwork is properly executed through quality control
•    Load/unload delivery trucks for receiving/distribution of materials
•    Assist with material pick-ups request from walk-in customers
•    Assist with material discrepancies and non-conforming shipments
•    Perform related task as required 
•    Conduct cycle Counts

Kitter:
•    Assemble Ordered parts into job kit and/or pull parts for the non-kitted orders for delivery or pick ups
•    Monitor Kit status and required date in Kit Tracker and INOP
•    Assemble material in boxes or pallets 
•    Prepare for delivery once kit is completed
