Food Server TD - Room Service (Union)

THE JOB:  

As a Food Server for Room Service, you will contribute to fabulous experiences for all guests with your welcoming smile and superior service.  By understanding their unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create WOW moments and memories that they can carry with them well past their stay with us. 

THE DAY-TO-DAY:  

• Greet guests in a positive, friendly manner and make them feel welcome 

• Service delivery of menu items of every course and both non and alcoholic beverages 

• Itemize bills correctly and efficiently secure payment 

• Maintain cleanliness and stock of assigned areas, side stations, tables and Point of Sale (POS) stations 

• Anticipate the guests’ needs and respond appropriately with a sense of urgency 

• Communicate with management, chefs and culinary staff to fulfill and address any issues or needs requested by guests or other employees 

• Perform other job-related duties as requested  

The IDEAL CANDIDATE:  

• At least 21 years of age 

• Currently has a TAM card and Food Handler’s Card or the ability to obtain one 

• Previous experience, preferably in a high-volume setting 

• Previous experience as Door Dash/Uber Eats/ Etc is a bonus 

• Ability to lift at least 25lbs 

• Ability to work various shifts possibly including weekends and holidays
