The Position

Arevon is recruiting for the position of Analyst, Contracts Management. This role is intended for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who is ready to build foundational commercial contracting skills in a fast-paced renewable energy environment. The successful candidate will support the full contract lifecycle by assisting with drafting, redlining, organizing, version control, stakeholder follow-up, approvals, execution support, and post-execution documentation under the guidance of a Manager or Senior Manager, Contracts Management.

Key Responsibilities

The Analyst, Contracts Management is a supporting member of Arevon’s Contracts Management Department responsible for assisting with commercial contracting matters across utility-scale solar and energy storage projects. This role requires disciplined follow-through, strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to support time-sensitive contracting work from intake through execution. The Analyst will assist with contract lifecycle activities, including intake, scoping, drafting, redline control, stakeholder follow-up, approvals, execution, and post-execution documentation, while coordinating with Legal, Finance, Engineering, Procurement, Project Management, Construction, Tax, Risk, Insurance, Asset Management, and external counterparties as directed. Additionally, the Analyst, Contracts Management will be responsible for:

Contract Drafting, Execution Support & Workstream Coordination:

  • Support commercial contracting activities for agreements related to the development, construction, and operation of PV and energy storage projects, including EPC agreements, O&M agreements, equipment supply agreements, master terms, amendments, change orders, and related commercial instruments.
  • Assist with negotiation preparation for assigned matters, including issue tracking, redline summaries, fallback position documentation, approval status, risk notes, and recommendations for Manager or Senior Manager review.
  • Draft, redline, compare, and reconcile routine contract documents and comments with accuracy, translating business, technical, financial, insurance, risk, tax, and project delivery inputs into clear contract revisions under appropriate guidance.
  • Coordinate stakeholder inputs and approval follow-up by working across Legal, Finance, Engineering, Procurement, Project Management, Construction, Tax, Risk, Insurance, Development, Asset Management, and other stakeholders as directed.
  • Help drive assigned agreements forward by organizing inputs, chasing outstanding comments, reconciling stakeholder feedback, maintaining status trackers, and supporting timely completion of open items.
  • Support updates to contract templates, forms, checklists, trackers, and approval tools that improve consistency, speed, governance, and auditability across assigned Contracts Management workstreams.

Contract Governance, Redline Oversight & Document Management:

  • Apply and reinforce disciplined redline, version control, approval, and document retention practices across assigned contracts and workstreams.
  • Maintain and review contract records for agreements, amendments, warranties, insurance certificates, notices, deliverables, and related documentation to support a complete, accurate, and auditable contract history.
  • Review counterparty redlines and internal comments, identify apparent negotiation issues and alignment gaps, and escalate business risk, legal risk, technical risk, schedule risk, financing risk, tax risk, and insurance risk for guidance as appropriate.
  • Maintain disciplined redline control and agreement hygiene, including clean comparisons, issue lists, decision logs, signature readiness, approval evidence, and post-execution obligation tracking.
  • Support department standards for traceability, contract administration, knowledge management, and single-source-of-truth documentation.

  • Serve as a supporting commercial contract
