Veterinary Client Service Representative (Receptionist)

Open Shifts: Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday 8 AM – 6 PM, Saturday 8 AM – 1 PM

Some of the responsibilities you will own in this role:

• Delivering exceptional customer service with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Managing phone calls, scheduling appointments, and collecting medical history
• Verifying vaccination records and other pertinent patient information
• Communicating effectively with doctors and veterinary staff regarding patient needs
• Processing invoices, collecting payments, and accurately handling transactions
• Filling prescriptions, food, and over-the-counter items as directed by veterinarians
• Entering client and patient information into our system with accuracy
• Supporting other team members and adapting to clinic needs as they arise

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to stay organized and multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Comfort with computers and veterinary practice software
