Financial Aid R2T4 Processor

Lincoln Tech's Corporate Office has oppritunity for a Financial Aid Processor. You will be responsible for completing the initial Return to Title IV (R2T4) calculations for students that withdraw from our institutions. The R2T4 Processor is expected to be knowledgeable regarding regulations pertaining to eligibility for all Title IV programs, especially regulations relating to the R2T4 process. This is a remote position based out of your home office.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Financial Aid experience
• 1+ year at a Sr. Financial Aid Advisor level
• Proficient Microsoft Office Suite
• Must be able to travel occasionally to Financial Aid Conferences and/or trainings)

Preferred:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
• Proficiency in analyzing data and creating reports

Responsibilities

• Complete Title IV calculations accurately and timely
• Respond to campus and corporate inquires
• Stay current on program regulations
• Develop knowledge and proficiency in Title IV programs, academic calendars, awarding Title IV aid and status impacts
• Promote a positive and student-centered work environment
• Maintain compliance with established policies and procedures
• Communicate effectively with campus and corporate teams
• Work independently and provide regular status updates to management regarding the R2T4 process
