The Senior Director, Marketing Technology & Platforms owns the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of the marketing technology ecosystem and marketing data products that enable scalable, compliant, multi-channel campaign execution and measurement. This role serves as Marketing’s product owner for campaign enablement platforms and data, ensuring reliable segmentation, personalization, consent management, suppression, and performance measurement capabilities. This position partners closely with Marketing Strategy and Activation, Data Engineering, IT, Product, Finance, and Privacy and Compliance teams to deliver integrated platforms, governed data products, and operational standards that support enterprise marketing objectives and customer experience goals.

What you will do:

  • Define and maintain the marketing technology and data platform strategy aligned with marketing objectives and customer experience priorities.
  • Evaluate, select, and rationalize platforms supporting campaign execution, workflow management, content operations, and customer data activation.
  • Translate marketing use cases into clear requirements and user stories; prioritize backlogs and define acceptance criteria.
  • Partner with Data Engineering and IT to deliver governed datasets with defined data quality SLAs.
  • Lead cross-functional delivery of platform releases, upgrades, and integrations.
  • Own integration patterns between marketing platforms and enterprise systems.
  • Embed privacy-by-design and security controls into workflows.
  • Lead and develop the marketing technology and platforms team.

What you will bring:

  • Extensive experience with marketing automation, CRM, CDP, CMS/DAM, and analytics platforms.
  • Strong data fluency including identity resolution, segmentation, and activation.
  • Proven product ownership and program leadership experience.
  • Strong executive communication and influencing skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 15+ years of experience in relevant roles, including 5+ years leading platform teams.

Base Salary Range

$138,000.00 - $200,100.00
