You’ll be working in the Chief Technology Officer team in Pune focusing on architecture, solution design and technology modernization.

Your expertise

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or science or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution
• ideally 15+ years of experience in an architectural role preferably within the finance sector
• experience in on-prem/cloud technologies, Event-driven architecture, Containerization strategy, Integration and Network Pattern development, Data federation, Micro-frontend and Microservices, API Strategy, Observability, DevOps, Testing and Deployment strategies
• strong active listening and communication skills to build networks and partnerships at all levels
• Able to work in a hybrid in-office arrangement
• strong analytical skills to identify issues and propose effective solutions
Technical Skills required for the role:
• experience architecting with modern technology components with a deep understanding of the tech ecosystem
• Programming Proficiency: must have Java full stack programming experience (e.g., JavaScript and related Frontend frameworks like React or Angular, Java apps on Spring boot framework, with Postgres Db). Python experience desirable
• experience with Data Processing and data pipeline build using Kafka
• Cloud and DevOps: Experience deploying scalable applications on cloud platforms like Azure with a thorough understanding of deployment process automation using tools like Gitlab, and Containerization using Docker/Kubernetes for orchestrating microservices
• Database Management: experience architecting solutions using relational and NoSQL databases, including data modeling and optimization techniques
• Architecture Frameworks: good understanding of frameworks like TOGAF or Zachman, for architectural thinking
• Integration Techniques: proficiency in various integration patterns (e.g., REST, GraphQL, messaging queues)
• Security Practices: awareness of security principles, including threat modeling and secure coding practices
• familiarity with AI/ML, and Agile methodologies
• leading architectural discussions, conducting workshops, and guiding teams through technical challenges
