The mission has started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. In this, the finance department plays a key role. The unit takes care of all financial processes within the company. The responsibilities vary from preparation of product- and production sites decision to record and analyze all financial company transactions in SAP S4 Hana cloud.
How you will CELLebrate
- Preparing of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in the Asset Ledger and reconciliation with General ledger
- Monitoring and correct accounting of all Assets ledger movements according to IFRS, HGB and EstG, as well as definition of instructions
- Supervision and execution of projects in the area of assets ledger, e.g. projects for the acquisition of fixed assets with a significant transaction volume, the organization of asset inventories and implementation of new IFRS standards
- Responsibility for the correct disclosure and evaluation of rights of use assets according to IFRS 16 with Global Lease Center and recognition in the financial statements
- Definition and implementation of processes for capitalizing development costs in accordance with IAS 38
- Contact person for other departments and for the auditors for all areas of responsibility
- Participation in the definition and structuring of the processes relating to assets for other companies in the Battery division
What you need for our CELLebration
- Completed university degree in business administration or completed commercial vocational training with comparable additional qualification
- Several years of professional experience in the field of finance/accounting
- High degree of initiative, problem-solving ability and ability to work in a team
- Very good knowledge of German and English

- Practical experience with SAP (S/4 HANA desirable)
- Excellent MS-Office skills
