The Leonard Davis Institute of Health Economics at the University of Pennsylvania (Penn LDI) is a mission-driven organization, dedicated to improving health and health care by catalyzing collaborative, multidisciplinary research that influences policy and practice. Penn LDI is powered by a team of dedicated staff who are committed to creating impact through better health policy and health care, and we are currently looking for a new Policy Project Manager to join our team.

The Policy Project Manager will play a pivotal role in supporting and advancing Penn LDI’s policy-related work, including policy-focused events (e.g. seminars and conferences) and connecting LDI’s work and the work of its faculty with government policymakers at the federal, state, and local levels. The ideal candidate will be detailed oriented, facile at multitasking, and excel in a fast-paced and results-oriented organization. The Project Manager will use these skills to assist in managing policy-focused projects, including fostering relationships with governmental agencies, policymakers, and legislative and regulatory staff and monitoring and supporting the timely and efficient progress of Penn LDI’s policy-focused events and work. This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful execution of LDI’s policy-oriented activities that align with the institution's strategic goals.
