We are seeking a detail-oriented and service-driven Clinician Onboarding Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clinicians throughout their onboarding journey, ensuring a personalized, seamless, and high-touch experience from offer acceptance through start date. This position plays a key role in increasing clinician satisfaction and retention by delivering concierge-level service, proactive communication, and strong cross-departmental coordination. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy building relationships, and take pride in delivering exceptional service, we’d love to connect with you.

What You’ll Do

• Serve as the main point of contact for onboarding clinicians, guiding them through each step of the onboarding process  
• Schedule and execute regular touchpoints via phone, text, and email to ensure clinicians remain on track toward their target start date  
• Proactively obtain required information and documentation to support onboarding completion  
• Deliver concierge-level customer service, addressing questions and resolving issues as a liaison between clinicians and internal teams  
• Coordinate onboarding transactions, communications, and follow-ups to ensure a smooth and positive experience  
• Partner with HR and internal departments to ensure accuracy, workflow efficiency, and seamless transitions  
• Identify and recommend process improvements to reduce inefficiencies and enhance clinician satisfaction  
• Support Clinical Leadership with new hire orientation activities  
• Participate in quarterly onboarding survey analysis and KPI review to support continuous improvement

Required Qualifications:

• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail

• Ability to manage deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment 

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills   

• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first mindset   

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; working knowledge of Adobe, Visio, or related tools preferred   

Preferred Qualifications:

• 5+ years of clinician-facing or customer service experience   

• Experience in healthcare, credentialing, licensing, or onboarding processes   

• Strong technical proficiency in Word, Excel, and related systems
