As a Strategic Information Capabilities & Information Warfare Strategist on our team, you’ll lead the assessment of DoD operations in the information environment (OIE) policies, readiness and capabilities on projects. You’ll use your skills and expertise to serve as the cross-functional integrator and training assessment specialist, supporting capability design, selection, and validation processes. You will integrate information activities into war gaming, experimentation, exercise design, and accompanying assessment plans to ensure those capabilities sought by the service will perform as anticipated. This will support the identification of opportunities for information activities integration in support of maritime campaigning or Naval operations.

Work with us to develop strategies, conduct DOTMLPF analysis, and coordinate solutions development with external agencies. As you guide your client through the analysis and requirements processes, you’ll advance the development of a strategic capability’s roadmaps, requirements, and align to technical solutions, while assisting the client to prioritize delivery of solutions based on resourcing and timeliness.

You Have:

• 10+ years of experience with DoD or Marine Corps operations in the information environment 

• Experience working with senior-level decision-makers within the Department of Defense, Department of the Navy, and individual Armed Services 

• Knowledge of HQMC-level organizations and the relationships between Marine Corps operations, requirements, engineering, and acquisition organizations 

• TS/SCI clearance 

• Bachelor’s degree 

Nice If You Have:

• Experience working as a project manager and leading programs involving OIE, network management, or technology services 

• Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills 

• Master’s degree 

Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
