SUMMARY
Andersen Corporation is seeking a highly motivated Digital Marketing Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and data-driven individual with a passion for digital marketing, analytics and optimizing campaign and website performance. You will work closely with senior digital marketers to monitor, analyze and improve our digital marketing efforts, ensuring they align with our business goals.
Location – Bayport, MN (Hybrid 2-3 days/week onsite)
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collect, analyze and interpret performance data from various platforms including Google Analytics and Quantum Metrics
- Create regular reports and dashboards using tools like Google Analytics, Excel and Looker Studio to provide actionable insights to partners and stakeholders
- Distil reporting, insights, and suggestions into digestible, comprehensible deliverables for key stakeholders
- Assist in planning, executing and optimizing digital campaigns
- Website Performance Monitoring
- Track traffic, user behavior, conversion rates, and technical performance in platforms including Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Quantum Metrics, and Screaming Frog
- Work closely with cross-functional internal and external teams to support marketing initiatives
- A/B Testing Monitoring
- Support the development and analysis of testing initiatives to optimize website and campaign performance
- Identify and communicate trends that emerge internally and within the industry
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Data Analytics or a rel
