Digital Production Artist

Overview

The Digital Production Artist manages masking and retouching of images to deliver strategy and vision of marketing. Responsible for utilizing technical and creative skills to enhance digital imagery. You maywork independently, as well as collaborate with creative and marketing team to ensure concepts are brought to life. This is a hybrid role out of our Dedham, MA office.

Responsibilities

What you'll do: 

• Responsible for expert level Photoshop skills including: high-end photo manipulation; color accuracy;color adjustments
• Resident expert on color management systems ensures color is consistent on all digital channels.
• Maintains and organizes proper file naming and image protocol for upload and archiving.
• Maintains production goals/objectives to ensure tight deadlines are met.
• Works closely wiith Creative Manager and Imaging Specialist to accurately represent all products online.
• Reviews retouching work for quality and accuracy.

Qualifications

Who you are:

• 5+ years of progressive Photoshop experience.
• Associate Degree or Photo/Image Certification.
• Previous background/education in photography or graphics.
• Hands on experience in high-end fashion product retouching for Web and final print reproduction.
• Must have a comprehensive understanding of color theory and color correction by RGB numbers.
• Must be extremely organized and committed to producing quality work in a fast-paced but fun work environment.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Experience with digital asset management and Image Authoring is a plus.
• Must be a team player who can work independently,  prioritize without direction and work well under presssure in a fast-paced, changing environment.

Pay Range: $29.62 - $37.02 year. We share our pay range because transparency matters. This reflects what we reasonably expect to pay for this role based on experience and performance.
