Job Description
We are evolving and elevating the Change and Knowledge Network team and are seeking an experienced individual to manage our newly created operations function. The Data & Insights Manager position will play a key role in creating a data strategy to support change management, training and communications to ensure the experiences and services we deliver are designed and maintained at the highest levels of efficiency and effectiveness.
The Data & Insights Manager will support the team by building an operations strategy to leverage key data across our business to provide meaningful insights that will enable the team to make informed business decisions on changes impacting the business and training outcomes. This role will also help in identifying key issues, pain points, and working cross-functionally with stakeholders to drive improvements. This will also help grow the effectiveness of our programs, provide insights on educational gaps, and enhance the employee experience. This role will partner with the Change & Knowledge Network management team and key stakeholders across Money Movement Solutions to assess, measure and build recommendations to deliver continuous improvements in how we communicate and train internal staff. This newly created role will help us accelerate delivery on our transformation objectives of providing a holistic training, communication, and change management approach across the newly expanded Money Movement Solutions organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Strategy: Collaborate with leadership to develop a strategy on how to manage data across the team’s functions to tell our operational story and showcase our effectiveness to the business.
Data Analytics: Analyze data from various sources (internal systems, survey feedback, metrics, stakeholder engagement) to create reporting. Draws meaningful insights and proposes informed decision-making based on findings.
Data management: Manage Change & Knowledge Network ticketing systems on SharePoint. Creates best practices for data integrity and ensures data completeness for the creation of meaningful reporting and analysis
Reporting: Assists with research, analysis, and preparation of reports on current program goals and progress, content management and effectiveness, and Money Movement Solutions changes.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Collaborates with key stakeholders across Money Movement Solutions to understand challenges and effectiveness of change management, training and communication programs, and content management to help coordinate process improvement projects that will result in better quality in the activities we deliver and improved employee preparedness for business changes.
Collaborate with business leads and regions to drive alignment with AOP/MSO organizational goals
Continuous Improvement: Drives a culture of continuous improvement and problem solving within the Change & Knowledge Network team using a data driven approach.
Performance Metrics: Supports the development and monitoring for key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of service delivery and making data-driven decisions to enhance quality and efficiency.
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
• 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred Qualifications:
• 6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD
• Prior experience in data analysis and analytics using Power BI or other similar data analytics tools
